I posted these 5 minute snowman marshmallows on my Instagram and got a lot of questions about how I made them, so I put the how-to on my story. But then, I was like “I might as well just throw it up on my blog”. They are so cute, they deserve more than a 24 hr. Instagram story, am I right?!
Anyways, these are SO easy to make, and only use a couple ingredients, and a couple minutes of your time. Plus, they are a big crowd pleaser! I had them at our Christmas party this year and everyone loved them! They are perfect paired with a cute hot chocolate bar like this one!
Okay, let’s get started!
SUPPLIES:
Large Marshmallows (I just bought mine)
Milk Chocolate
White Chocolate
Food Colouring
2 Ziploc Bags
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt your milk chocolate and put it in a Ziploc bag
- You can melt your chocolate in the microwave, or boil water and put the chocolate in a glass bowl on top of the boiling water until it melts.
- Melt your white chocolate and mix it with orange or red and yellow food colouring, and put in Ziploc bag.
- Cut a tiny hole in the corner of each bag.
- Pipe your eyes and mouth on with milk chocolate.
- Pipe your nose on with white chocolate.
- Serve with hot cocoa and enjoy the adorableness!
