10 Easy DIY Ornaments

This is the third year I’ve posted 10 DIY ornaments – which is THIRTY DIY ornament ideas for you! Here is last years, and the year before! It’s definitely getting harder to come up with ideas, but I love how they turned out year!! I only used supplies that I had at home, and they were all super quick to make! So any of these would be perfect to make a bunch for friends or do an ornament making night with friends! DIY Wooden Curtain Rod for $10

Hi!! So, my husband really wanted black out curtains for our bedrooms, so we bought some curtains (these are the ones we got) BUT we still needed curtain rods. It can get a little pricey when you’re getting a bunch, so we ended up making our own for just over $10 each. Which is wayyy less than even the cheapest option in the store – and way cuter too! They ended up being even easier to make and hang than the regular store bought curtain rod was to hang in our living room – HA! It really is that easy to make!!

DIY DJ Halloween Costume

When I was brainstorming ideas for a halloween costume for Bekam, I had a few criteria: it had to be easy, it had to only use things I had at home, it had to represent something that Bekam likes. So, that ended up being a DIY DJ Halloween costume! It was surprisingly easy and quick to make, plus it’s easy to put on and take off, which is a plus when it comes to kids!

DIY Cane & Clay Arch Rattan Shelf

Every time I make a project using Sculpey clay I am SHOCKED by what you can make SO easily. I’m not someone who likes using power tools, working with plaster or wood etc. BUT, I love working with Sculpey, so now I can make an arched cane shelf with NO power tools – literally just caning, Sculpey and glue! *mind blown*
